These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tacticx website, trading interface, strategy builder, virtual trading tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using Tacticx, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Tacticx Is
Tacticx is a non-custodial crypto options strategy builder and trading interface that allows users to:
Build and analyze options strategies
Conduct virtual/paper trading
Connect third-party exchanges via API
Execute trades directly through their own exchange accounts
Tacticx does not:
Hold user funds
Custody digital assets
Operate as a cryptocurrency exchange
Provide brokerage services
Provide financial or investment advice
All trades are executed directly on third-party exchanges.
2. Eligibility
To use Tacticx, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
Not be located in a jurisdiction where crypto derivatives trading is prohibited
Comply with all local laws applicable to you
You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of Tacticx is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
Immediately notify us of unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. API Integration & Exchange Connections
Tacticx allows users to connect third-party exchange accounts using API keys.
You acknowledge and agree that:
API keys are provided by you voluntarily
You are responsible for setting appropriate API permissions
You should disable withdrawal permissions
Tacticx is not responsible for exchange-side failures
Trade execution occurs on the connected exchange, not on Tacticx servers
We do not control exchange pricing, liquidity, downtime, or system errors.
5. Non-Custodial Disclaimer
Tacticx is a non-custodial platform.
We do not:
Store cryptocurrencies
Access private wallet keys
Process withdrawals
Control user exchange balances
You maintain full custody and control of your assets at all times.
6. No Investment Advice
All content, tools, analytics, simulations, risk metrics, and strategy outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing on Tacticx constitutes:
Investment advice
Financial advice
Trading recommendations
Tax advice
Legal advice
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
Crypto derivatives and options trading involve significant risk and may result in total loss.
7. Virtual / Paper Trading Disclaimer
Virtual trading is simulated.
Results do not reflect real market conditions
Slippage and liquidity may differ from real trading
Past simulated performance does not guarantee future results
Paper trading is for educational purposes only.

We do not sell or rent user data to third parties.

You agree NOT to:
Use the platform for illegal activities
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload systems
Reverse engineer proprietary tools
Use automated bots without authorization
Circumvent platform safeguards
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
11. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, code, branding, strategy tools, and analytics belong to Tacticx.
You may not:

Modify proprietary tools
Without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Tacticx shall not be liable for:
Trading losses
Exchange failures
API malfunctions
Market volatility
Data inaccuracies
Indirect or consequential damages
Lost profits
Loss of opportunity
Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
In no event shall Tacticx’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you to Tacticx in the preceding 3 months.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tacticx, its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from:
Your trading activity
Violation of these Terms
Misuse of API keys
Breach of local regulations
14. Service Availability
We do not guarantee:
Continuous uptime
Error-free operation
Uninterrupted exchange integration
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
15. Regulatory Compliance
Tacticx operates as a technology platform only.
Users are responsible for:
Reporting taxes
Regulatory compliance
Exchange KYC requirements
Local licensing obligations
We do not act as broker, exchange, clearing house, or custodian.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts:
For violation of these Terms
For security concerns
For legal requirements
You may terminate your account at any time.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of:
